Claire Jones is editor of HerStoria magazine and honorary research fellow/associate lecturer at the University of Liverpool. She is an historian of women and gender; her book Femininity, Mathematics and Science, c 1880-1914 (Palgrave, 2009) won the 2010 Women’s History Network  Book Prize.
